Aligned Outsource was born from Carol Trotter’s twenty years of leading accounting teams, managing offshore partnerships, and delivering results for clients across corporate and public accounting environments.
From directing finance at a Fortune-level insurance company to managing outsourced accounting teams at one of the Southeast’s largest regional CPA firms, Carol has sat on every side of the table as the client, the consultant, and the team leader.
That experience is the foundation of everything Aligned does.
